CONTENT
1. These commissions are for personal use only, meaning no reproducing or re-selling is permitted by me the creator, including in the use of AI/NFT generation.
Commercial licenses require additional charges on a case-by-case basis.2. I maintain the right to refuse or refund any commission at any point during the process if needed. This includes medical emergencies, time management conflicts, or as a result of mistreatment from a client.3. Things I will not draw under any circumstances:
- extreme gore
- depictions of animal harm/death
- nsfw of non-fictional people
- racist/bigoted caricatures*(if you have any questions regarding the content of a commission please feel free to ask my via email (listed on home page)
PAYMENT
1. Payment will be conducted through Ko-Fi (linked via the Commission Me! tab on the home page). Payments must be made in full in order to secure a commission.2. Some commissions may be charged at a higher rate than listed in the case of more complex designs or additional requests (ie. lots of armor, a more details bg, extra props, etc.)3. Refunds are not available after the 2 week mark or the initial sketch is completed. If for any unforeseen reasons I cannot complete the commission or the work is significantly delayed (4 months past deadline), I will inform the client and agree on either a partial or full refund, or a discount on any future commissions.4. If for some reason I cannot complete the commission after a 4 month period (deadline or otherwise) the client is entitled to a partial or full refund depending on if an initial sketch was completed.5. I do not accept payment in bitcoin or any form of crypto-currency.
PROCESS
1. Commissions will typically require an average of 2 weeks to 3 months to complete, depending on commission type, complexity, and workload. I will do my best to keep in touch and update the client on their request's timeline.2. There can be 3 major revisions during the sketching phase, and 2 minor revisions later in the process, from line-art onwards. Any extra revisions will be charged $15 per revision.3. The finished work will be delivered as 1 high-res, RGB PNG file through email.
